Problem 1. Will the Army ever acknowledge Mac
users to sign forms?
Solution 1: Yes, with the use of PDF forms, it works. Read information here on what you have to do to make it work. Problem 2. I can't login to EES via the direct link of https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil . Solution 2-1. Login to AKO via your CAC https://www.us.army.mil, then open a 2nd tab and go to https://evaluations.hrc.army.mil It should log you in Solution 2-2: Make sure you have gone through PreAccess step 5 above concentrating on removing the "bad" certs mentioned on slide 15 Problem 3. I don't understand what they are asking for in the Support Form? Information 3: See this PDF with some ideas.

Problem 5. If you have encountered any CAC enabled websites that have been working, recently stop working, please try adjusting your DNS. Some people are receiving an error message similar to this: "The DNS server might be having problems. Error Code: INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND"
Solution 5: Follow guidance here to change your DNS server. . .
