1. Log in quickly to AKO, change your password, add / or sponsor guests, and / or avoid the Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA) questions.
2. Access your DoD Enterprise Email (Replacement of all AKO email accounts (for ALL CAC holders))
3. Digitally sign forms such as NCOERs or OERs (utilizing Lotus Forms & Approve It) and access to AKO Forms (formerly MyForms) / FCMPNOTE: Effective 1 April 2008 ALL Evaluations must be Digitally Signed and submitted via AKO Forms Ref: MILPER MSG 08-051 UPDATE: MILPER MSG 09-0034. Access DTS (Defense Travel System) (Information page)5. Accessing your organizations Outlook Web Access (Requires Internet Explorer to be able to digitally encrypt) (Firefox Instructions)NOTE: You need to select the Certificate with the word Email in it (unless you are dual status, you'll select your PIV certificate)
6. Initiating DCO (Defense Connect Online) for virtual meetings. 7. Quick access to CAC enabled Military and Government web sites
8. Access to your organization's CITRIX server, If you work for DA, here are Windows instructions for setting it up. Mac instructions.
9. Access to the Army Correspondence Course Web Site
10. Access myPay on Defense Finance Accounting System (DFAS) with your CAC.
11. Access JPAS (Joint Personnel Adjudication System) with your CAC
12. Access ITRS (Individual Training and Readiness System) with your CAC from home (Select the EMAIL certificate) Sorry, does not work on Macs. Their help desk #: 855-222-8950
