How to display your hard drive on your desktop to follow the steps below

How to Remove CACkey:

Navigate to your Hard drive / Library, delete "CACkey" folder

AND delete the "PKCS11.tokend" file 

How to Remove Centrify Express

Navigate to your Hard drive / Applications / Utilities / Centrify, then double click:  SmartCardTool,

Select "Uninstall" from the Centrify Express for Smart Card window

AND delete the "BELPIC.tokend, CAC.tokend, CACNG.tokend, PIV.tokend" files (if they are there) 

How to Remove CSSI:

Navigate to your Hard drive / Library / Application Support, delete "CSSi" folder

AND delete the "CSSI.tokend" file 

How to Remove OpenSC:

Run in Terminal.app:

sudo /usr/local/bin/opensc-uninstall

or

Navigate to your Hard drive / Library, delete "OpenSC" folder

AND delete the "OpenSC.tokend" file 

How to Remove PKard:

Run the PKard install program, select "Uninstall PKard"

Click "Uninstall"

or

Navigate to your  Hard drive / Library / Preferences, delete: "com.thursby.pkard.plist"

and

Navigate to your Hard drive / Library / Application Support, delete "PKard" folder
