The Windows 7 Install is no different than it is for Vista, XP, or 8, so please use the Installation steps on the left. You do have an another option if you have a PIV II compliant CAC. Look on the back of the card above the black magnetic strip. There will be either: "Gemalto TOP DL GX4 144" (see example below) or "Oberthur ID One 128 v5.5 Dual" (see example below). Since Windows 7 has a built in Smart Card utility, you "may" be able to use your CAC without the need of ActivClient.
