NOTICE: The Microsoft Home Use Program (HUP), which allowed Army military and civilian employees to purchase select software for $19.99 ended on 31 March 2009. The MS Office expired along with the Army Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement (MS ELA); it has not been determined if or when this program may be reinstated. You may find it at your PX or BX AAFES (Army Air Force Exchange Service) store Microsoft's information regarding the $79.99 offer of Microsoft Office If you purchase Office 2007 (from the PX) between 5 March & 30 September 2010 and activate it by 30 September, you will have the option to download Office 2010 at no additional cost (must be completed by 31 October). AAFES had Office Standard 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) for $79.95. As of 15 June 2010, I am unable to find it on their website. You may have to visit your local PX to find it now. If you are a student (with a valid .edu email address), you may qualify for the Microsoft Ultimate Steal program. This program allows you to purchase Office Ultimate 2007 for $55.95, Windows 7 Professional for $64.95, Visio Professional 2007 for $55.95, or Office language pack for $9.95.
For a limited time, Microsoft is bringing back the Windows 7 Family Pack. You can get three copies of Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade for $149.99.
